We are pleased to offer a new service to help people to claim Universal Credit. Support will be available by appointment on Tuesday afternoons and Friday mornings.
The help available will include
- setting and managing your email account,
- accessing and understanding the information needed to claim,
- putting together a budgeting action plan,
- printing and scanning documents and
- use of the internet to access your universal credit account.
You will also be able to open a credit union budgeting account to help with paying bills.
